- Copy your signature to the clipboard by following the instructions during the generation process
- In Office 365 Outlook, click the Settings Gear icon from the
top right corner of the Outlook page
- Select "Options" from the list of navigation items
- From the left navigation panel, click "Email signature"
under the Mail -> Layout section
- Check the box labeled:
"Automatically include my signature on messages I send"
- Click into the signature block and press CTRL+V to paste your signature
- If you do not see anything happen, make sure your signature was copied to the clipboard
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes
- Click "Outlook" from the top panel to return to your Inbox
- Copy your signature to the clipboard by following the instructions during the generation process
- In Outlook, click the "File" tab from the tab bar the the top of Outlook
- Select "Options" from the sidebar of navigation items
- Select the "Mail" section from the sidebar of the new window
- Under "Compose Messages" make sure "Compose in this message format" is set to "HTML" - if not, select HTML from the list
- Click on the "Signatures" button
- Click the "New" button on the signatures window
- Enter a name to describe your signature (usually your name or email address)
- Click into the large "Edit signature" box and press CTRL+V to paste your signature
- If you do not see anything happen, make sure your signature was copied to the clipboard
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes
- Select the new signature for the drop down lists named "New messages" and "Replies/forwards" to use the new signature as your default
- Close out of the windows until you are back to Outlook's main screen

- When Outlook is open, click the "Outlook" item from the top menu bar
- Select "Preferences" from the Outlook menu
- Under the "E-mail" section, click "Signatures"
- Click the plus (+) icon in the left hand panel
- Double click the signature name to rename the signature to something descriptive
- Click into the large box on the right side of the window labeled "Signature" and press "CMD+V" to paste your signature
- If you do not see anything happen, make sure your signature was copied to the clipboard
- Click the button at the bottom right of the window that reads "Default Signatures"
- In the window that appears, change the default signature for the email account you wish to use
- Close out of the windows until you are back to Outlook's main screen
